An American rapper famous by the name Lil Baby was born on 3rd December 1994. His real name is Dominique Armani Jones. He became famous after the release of the mixtape perfect timing in 2017.
Lil Baby released a song, “Yes Indeed,” which he recorded with Drake (famous rapper) in his debut studio album Harder Than Ever in 2018 was ranked 6th on Billboard Hot 100 songs of that year. This first album of his was certified by RIAA Platinum.
In 2018, he released two more mixtapes named Drip Harder, and the other is Street Gossip. These albums had a song, “Drip Too Hard,” that was ranked 4th among Billboard Hot 100, and it was also ranked 2nd on US Billboard Hot 200 later.
In 2020, Lil Baby released “My Turn,” which debuted at number #1 on the Billboard 200 list and was certified three times platinum by the RIAA (RIAA). “We Paid” (with 42 Dugg) reached number ten on the Billboard Hot 100.
He earned a top-three hit for the first time in his career with “The Bigger Picture,” which was published in June 2020 and placed third on the Hot 100.
Lil Baby’s other second successful project, which ranked on Billboard 200, was the album named “The voice of the Heroes,” which Lil baby and Lil Durk (Chicago Rapper) released collectively in 2021.
Lil Baby was nominated for two AMA (American Music Award), three times for Grammy Awards, seven BET Awards, and two MTV VMA throughout his career. At the Apple Music Awards 2020, he was named the best all-genre ‘Artist of the Year.’
